The Reserved Seat is a 90-day engagement built around whatever is most critical in your business and life during that period. We work through the decisions connected to your original engagement, new opportunities that surface, challenges across your other businesses, and the personal decisions that inevitably affect everything else.

Your Black Table Dossier is updated at the end of the 90 days to reflect everything that has shifted, giving you a current strategic view built on three months of accumulated intelligence.
